Privacy details
This notice explains how information submitted through the Servida-Tech demo request form is used. The form asks for your name, work email, selected product and, optionally, your clinic or organization.
Who is responsible
Emre Elaziz is the data controller for demo request details submitted to Servida-Tech. For privacy questions or requests, email servidatech@gmail.com.
Why we use these details
They are used to respond to your demo request and follow up about the product you selected. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We do not use demo requests for marketing.
Where they are handled
Cloudflare Workers handles form submissions, and Cloudflare D1 stores the request record in a database restricted to the European Union. Cloudflare Email Service sends an alert containing the submitted details to servidatech@gmail.com. The EU setting applies to D1 storage and does not restrict all Cloudflare processing to the EU. Google processes the email under its Privacy Policy, and says information may be processed on servers outside your country.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from automated submissions. It processes technical signals such as IP address, browser details, site key and origin to detect bots. Cloudflare may also process these signals to improve Turnstile. Turnstile does not read the information you enter in the form. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How long we keep them
The database record is automatically deleted within 90 days. The email alert contains the same form details and is not automatically deleted after 90 days; it remains in the Gmail inbox until deleted manually. You can ask us to delete both copies sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your details, and data portability where it applies. Email servidatech@gmail.com to make a request. You can also lodge a complaint with Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate.
Turnstile may automatically stop a submission if it detects likely bot activity. It is not used to assess whether a person qualifies for a demo.
What not to send
Please do not submit patient information, health information or other sensitive personal data through the demo request form.
